Oregon Surgical Specialists

Oregon Surgical Specialists hired Ruby Slipper to implement a brand new website featuring their surgical specialties: general, vascular, and services specific to women.

CHALLENGE

Simply, how to convey all that is offered in a streamlined manner and give visitors access to the info they need.

APPROACH

We brainstormed everything that the patient and their family might need to know. Does Oregon Surgical offer the surgery? What’s involved? Who are the doctors? What to expect? Then we mapped out the areas of specialty and got to work! Branding included the soft leaf elements and each specialty area is color coded.

RESULTS

The site, though large from a content perspective, feels airy and streamlined thanks to a fluid navigation, accommodating layout, and soft color palette. It is visited by over 300 people on a daily basis. People can learn about the surgical expertise, read pre- and post-op instructions, and get acquainted with the surgeons.

The OSS family also includes Advanced Vein Center and Southern Oregon Bariatric Center, which use the same template.
